Refund Policy

Effective date: 10 June 2026 · Last updated: 10 June 2026

This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms under which fees paid to Zedindex Digital Consulting ("Zedindex", "we", "us") in connection with the Zedindex Internship Program (the "Program") are handled. By registering for, enrolling in, or making a payment towards the Program, you ("the applicant" or "the intern") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Refund window

A full refund of fees paid towards the Program will be given if the intern requests a refund:

  • •Before the offer letter is sent - at any time prior to Zedindex issuing the offer letter to the intern; or
  • •Within 24 hours of the offer letter being sent - calculated from the date and time the offer letter email is sent to the intern's registered email address.

To be eligible, the refund request must reach us within the applicable window (see Section 6 for how to request).

2. After the refund window

Once 24 hours have passed since the offer letter was sent, all fees paid to Zedindex become non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or expressly provided under Section 3 below. After this point, fees cannot be refunded regardless of whether the intern attends, partially attends, withdraws from, discontinues, or is removed from the Program. This is because Zedindex commits resources on the intern's behalf - including seat allocation, mentor assignment, onboarding, and access to learning materials and project work - which cannot be reassigned to another candidate.

3. Limited exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • •Duplicate payment - where the same fee was charged more than once due to a technical or processing error, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • •Payment error - where an amount was charged incorrectly through no fault of the applicant.
  • •Program cancelled by Zedindex - where Zedindex cancels the Program before it begins and is unable to offer a suitable alternative.

Approved refunds under this section will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval. Any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.

4. Withdrawal, discontinuation, or removal

Once the refund window in Section 1 has passed, if an intern chooses to withdraw or discontinue, or is removed from the Program for breach of its terms or code of conduct, no refund (full or partial) will be issued. Dissatisfaction with the Program outcome, change of personal circumstances, or inability to attend does not qualify for a refund.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be lawfully waived. Where such law requires a refund in a particular situation, that law prevails to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.

6. How to raise a refund request

To request a refund, email [email protected] within the applicable window in Section 1 (or, for the exceptions in Section 3, as soon as you become aware), with your full name, registered email, payment reference, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days; any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.

7. Changes to this Policy

Zedindex may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs that payment. The latest version is always available on this page.
